SGP thinks time to meridian flip is -3:59:31 and it is not changing

If you can attach your SGP log where flip was enabled and you were imaging that may help.

Also where are you imaging? Are you fairly close to the pole? What is the RA of your target? (Or just send the log as it will answer all those questions )
