Autofocus with Subframes?

Hi

I have a QHY11 which has a massive chip and as such it takes some time to download frames even when binned at 2x2. When I focus manually I use the subframe feature of Frame and Focus to speed up this process, is it possible to use this with the Autofocus functionality of SGPro?
