Blind Solver with ANSVR fails

In trying to have a working failover for the PlateSolve2. ANSVR should be perfect since I don't have the Internet at my imaging site. Installing was fine. However it fails every time I try to Blind Solve with it. I ran EdgeHD 14 at 0.7X with Atik 460EXM. FOV is 104'x78'. Tried it on existing frames at 1x1 and 2x2 bin without success with downsample 2 or 4. PlateSolve2 solves almost instantaneously on the same frames.
Let me know if there's a solution for me.
