This is really annoying. That one doesn't have the "epoch" in it...so there goes that assumption.
I'll add some annotations around this to see if it will force it to work. But for the life of me I can't see why this is failing. The data is there, it's correct...but it's just not making it into the object from the string. Unfortunately if this last thing doesn't work I don't know where else to go with this. It might be time to try another OS as it may be library dependent :-/
I'll get you a build this evening and if you can run the local and online test again that would be great.
