Qhy9 with QHYCFW2-M crash with SGP

Hi
I am new to SGP. I have a new Qhy9 with QHYCFW2-M.
I can take pic. with frame an fokus but when I start a sequence, SGP crash
I have all the newest driver. is anyone familer with this.
help needed.
