I think I see what Frank is saying.
Yes, the mount now reports it is at x,y. Obviously that is what the mount to going to report to ASCOM.
But, the platesolve, shows that the mount is actually pointing to: x+errX, y+errY.
So SGP should keep track of errX and errY and now slew the mount to x+errX, y+errY. The mount will then report that it is pointing to x+errX, y+errY, when it is actually pointing x,y, the real target location. (correction, I think + signs are required)
