I'm saying that the error about "not loading" is not an issue. I can't tell you if it's configured correctly or not 
Yes, when you trigger a test it will send you an email which you should receive assuming all is setup correctly.
The link to your dropbox is not valid. You need to create a shared link rather than just copying the URL from your browser. If you can trigger it via the test and send me that log it may help.
