SGP thinks time to meridian flip is -3:59:31 and it is not changing

The latest version 6.6.5.9 has two check boxes "Debug Log" and "Comm debug Log" which look as if they may produce useful information. The log is in C:\Logs\ and you need to create this folder to get logging.
