Continuing the discussion from Sequence Generator Pro 2.5.1.16 is Released!: Install failed silently on windows 7 enterprise. I tried to re-download and the link is dead.

Link is working again. Re-downloaded but same results. I click on it, get "do you want to run this" say yes and nothing after that. Process is running ("Setup Launcher Unicode") but just sits there.
